CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 03

Resort current status report 7 April 2020

A brief summary of the current situation, with the closure of RESORTS LOS CLAVELES, the most important thing is that we have not had any type of incident, until today.

MANAGEMENT REPORT OF THE RESORT.

Manager  LOS CLAVELES

Resort report in temporary  closure  situation:

Villas

All the Villas are closed, clean, with the water and electricity off, fridge opened and exterior furniture inside. The only villas which have not been cleaned are those which departed after the cleaning service stopped, but we proceed to clean them. Food and drinks, etc, left in the fridges were removed as well as the linen and towels. Also the exterior furniture was placed inside and water and electricity shut off.

During the week clients/owners departed gradually. The last departure was 29th March 2020.

So far no incident detected in the Villas; periodically rounds are done to the villas in order to verify doors, windows, etc.

Pool

The pools are kept cleaned, free of leaves and any particles and also vacuumed.

Heating Pumps off in order to save electricity.

In the pool area everything is in order, keeping the cleaning and sweeping. Sun beds are stacked, the mattresses are inside in the terraces together with the parasols to avoid the wear and tear.

Bars/Restaurante

All in order, cleaned and closed: exterior furniture of both terraces stacked inside including cushions.

Fridges and freezers still working to keep  the ice cream.

The Restaurant and Main Bar closed to comply with the sudden regulations due to the virus, but having said that, the Pool Bar kept the Take - Away service until 21.03.2020.

The Franchisee drops in the bar-restaurant to check everything.

Reception/Office/Minimaket

All closed and the alarm is set up when the Resort Manager leaves the resort.

We keep the area cleaned at all times including the office.

The WC used by us and the Night Guards are cleaned daily and toilet and hand paper as well as soap and hand sanitizer are replaced whenever needed. The rubbish is removed also as needed.

Minimarket: we keep control of the products and if necessary to proceed to call the suppliers regarding expire dates so they can come to remove them and give us the credit notes.

Pathways

These are kept cleaned, in order and swept.
