September News from Los Claveles
Getting back to normal and having fun.
After a tough couple of years it is great to see Los Claveles getting back to normal
With the easing of travel restrictions, more and more owners are making the trip and thoroughly enjoying their holiday.
The Pool bar is proving very popular with some great entertainment and good food.
There has been some excellent feed back about the refurbished swimming pool. The new lifeguard, Santiago, is proving very popular too, especially with the kids.
Rentals are also going well, vital for the Community’s financial health.
From 4th October, travel restrictions will be much easier, especially with changes in the testing regime. More information on the government travel website
A number of owners who have previously paid maintenance to the club have taken advantage of the payment amnesty, it’s good to see them back at the resort and thoroughly enjoying themselves. Welcome back.

Discount Scheme to end Week 39
We have been offering discounts to owners who could not occupy due to the pandemic for two years now. This will clearly have an effect on Community Finances. Fortunately we remain is a reasonable postion.
Now that travel is returning to normal with the easing of restrictions, no further discounts will be available after week 39. I hope you have been able to take advantage of the scheme during the Pandemic.
Chef Required
Plans are afoot to reopen the restaurant so the franchisees are now advertising for a chef.
