from Mike and Sue: Places to visit - Monkey Park about 20 minutes walk from LC. Not very large but some great animals and petting areas.
A trip we have done twice is the Wine trip. All day excursion a little expensive at 60 euros each but then the wine is free plus a free good lunch with, yep, wine.
