Things to do and Places to Visit
Suggestions from Julie and Keith
- Aqualand – the original water park in Adeje with a Dolphin show, free entry with the park ticket. Ticket include coach to and from park.
- Siam Park – New water park, biggest in Europe.
- Sky Park – don’t know much about this one
- Go Karting, Quad Biking, Bike hire, Horse Riding – Tickets from the booking office down the street you can also do some evening entertainment booked from there too Mediaeval nights etc.
- Park Aguilas (Eagle Park) – Bird park and small zoo – worth a visit the birds of prey show is awesome.
- Loro Park – Large zoo with killer whales etc on the North of the Island
- Deep sea fishing – from the port area in Los Christianos.
- La Gomera – Good little trip, we found a bar on route there with good wine for 1 Euro a glass.
- Mount Teide – Again if you book ahead you can walk to the summit or get a cable car. It is a volcano which is cover in snow as its so high. Lava fields and Ash fields at the top. There is also an observatory there. If you go up Teide take something warm and you can also get a little light headed due to the altitude.
