Have you received an email from Mr Fletcher regarding Maintenance payments?
Dear Owner
Some of you may have received an email urging you to pay your maintenance to the club
Please be aware that only payments to the community account, which is managed on our behalf by Wimpen, contribute to the resort expenses and enable you to have use of your villa once the pandemic is over.
Payments made to the club are never received by the Community
Mr Fletcher's invoices are designed to look very similar to Wimpen invoices, please feel free to contact me if you are unsure
