Welcome. This Website is an independent and privately managed website for the Los Claveles Owners to keep you informed with news and information about the resort.
About the Los Claveles Community
The Development Owners’ Association, has responsibility for the fabric of the resort, the common areas including pool, gardens, bars, restaurants, reception, maintenance and employment of all the staff . They are also responsible for the management and servicing of the villas and have overall responsibility for the management of the resort through their Administrators, WimPen.
Following a recent change in our statutes, all fully paid up owners , Club and Escritura, are members of the Development Owners Association with full voting rights.
Escritura owners, who own the legal title of their weeks and registered to the Spanish Land registry or hold a private contract with full ownership rights.
Club Los Claveles: whose members hold a membership certificate with right to occupy, the legal title being held by the Trustees, Hutchinsons Trustees.
