1. WimPen have started applying 50% discount to Community accounts for Owners who have already lost their weeks and have paid their maintenance.
2. Owners who expect to lose their weeks should have paid 50% of maintenance due by the time they would normally travel, or not later than 3 weeks after. There are no late payment penalties.
3. If paying online, to reduce your payment by 50%, just change the ‘amount to pay’ figure at the top of the payment portal. See screenshot below
4. WimPen will apply discount credit to community accounts, gradually week by week, 3 weeks after your normal occupation date, as long as you have made your payment.
5. Owners who have not paid within the 3 weeks after their due occupation date will not be receive the discount.
6. Please note that if restrictions are lifted by the time you would normally travel, you will be required to repay the 50% discount
7. The discount will not be backdated for owners who choose not to pay this year and those owners will have to pay the full amount of maintenance in future, even if they can’t use their weeks.
8. The discount is not available to owners who exchange their weeks with RCI or other exchange companies.
